Arab women's football: between passion and professionalism
Most female football players in the Arab world do not have enough support to build a professional career.

Aged 12, she joined a local club in Lebanon and eventually earned the honor of representing her country with the national team.
Still, she constantly faced the gender stereotypes that come along with playing a sport traditionally perceived as male dominated.
Determined to change the narrative, she decided to combine lived experience with academic knowledge. She earned a bachelor’s degree in physical education and a master’s in sports management in Lebanon, before moving to France to pursue a PhD in Sports Sociology.
Alongside her academic and athletic journey, she found her voice in media. That's how « The Super Subs » podcast was founded. She has been featured on outlets such as Indivisa, Forbes and VAVEL and has appeared on multiple platforms to discuss the evolving system of women’s football, including: beIN Sports, BBC Sports, AlAraby TV, Into The Channel, The Asian Game.
